Aquabike Duathlon Triathlon

The 7 Oaks Triathlon has been running for over 30 years and is one of the longest running triathlon races in the South East. In 2026 year the race will take place on Sunday 17th May. The format will be a 400m pool swim, 25km undulating bike course and finishes with a 5km run around beauthiful Knole Park. Along with the options of an Aquabike and Duathlon. The race is organised by 7Oaks Tri Club who provide the many friendly marshals on the day.
