10 am. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains, this scenic 5K promises a refreshing way to welcome spring. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast prepared fresh in the Crumley House kitchen.

Participants will receive an event t-shirt (for pre-registered competitors), a goody bag, and the chance to compete for awards in various divisions. We Run Events will provide professional race management and electronic timing for the sanctioned 5K, ensuring a top-tier experience for runners and walkers alike.

    The Bear Track is a 6-mile trail race that benefits the Friends of Rocky Fork State Park organization. This is a State of Franklin Track Club event that is part of the Trail Series.

    The course is a 3 mile out and back on a logging road. The first and last half mile of the course runs parallel to the lovely Rocky Fork Creek.

    The race begins at 9 AM, with a 3-hour time limit in place. Parking will be at the main Rocky Fork parking area. Results will be used as part of the trail series.

    Rocky Fork State Park is one of Tennessee's most beautiful state parks. It is a gorgeous place to explore, so come experience Rocky Fork.

Because of the limited access to the park, I will not be having an age group awards ceremony, but each runner will receive a medal at the finish line. But the overall male & female will receive a trophy at the finish line. Also, I will have a donation jar for donation for the "Friends of the Park" to help restore the park.
