It's spooky season, so participants are encouraged to wear costumes.

Race proceeds are directed to Keep St. John Beautiful, a volunteer committee tasked with improving the beautification of the parish.

    5K Auburn City Schools employees and students: $20 (you will receive your discount prior to checkout)

    5K General public: $30

    Race day registration (all groups): $40

    Packet Pickup, Location, and Start Times:

    Packet pickup will be Friday, April 10 at Drake Middle School from 3:45 (after bus dismissal) until 6:00, as well as at the Town Creek pavilion beginning at 7:00 am on race day. The fun run begins at 8:30 am, followed by the 5K at 9:00 am.

    The D1 Life Foundation was established in loving memory of Dylan Pegues, a 17 year old Auburn High student that led a life of love, kindness, and generosity through Christ. The D1 Life 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run will take place on April 18, 2026 at Town Creek Park in Auburn, Alabama. All proceeds from the race will go towards scholarships for seniors preparing for college, as well as helping send our youth to church conferences, soccer camps, photography seminars, and much more. This event is a great way to support the D1 Life Foundation, and remember, you don’t have to run—feel free to walk or bring the whole family for a fun outing to support a great cause! Race will be supported by AORTA.

    Join us to celebrate The Grove MGM's first year in Montgomery! The Grove supports young women transitioning out of Foster Care in Alabama. They provide dignified, affordable housing and support to bridge the gap between the foster care system and independence. Your participation and/or donation goes towards maintenance of the newly-renovated space and sponsoring the current and future young women who call The Grove their home.     On Saturday, 18 April 2026 we will have a 5K run/walk starting and ending at The Grove MGM at 559 S Hull. The 5K will begin at 8AM, but please arrive by 730AM to get pumped up for the fun!! The run/walk will take runners and walkers through the historic streets of downtown Montgomery. Along the course, you will see the Alabama State Capitol building, the Rosa Parks Bus Stop and Court Square Fountain, the Rosa Parks Museum and the Davis Theater, The National Memorial for Peace and Justice, and The Mothers of Gynecology Park.

    After completing the 5K, stay and fellowship with members of The Grove community in our lovely outdoor gathering area, enjoy some refreshments provided by our sponsors, and shop in Grove Books, located on the lower level of The Grove, and specializing in books on compassion, healing, empathy, and transformation.

    We will have coffee, snacks, and a food truck. Bring the family for this meaningful day of hope and restoration.

    All finishers of the 5K will receive a participant medal.
