The Move Better. Live Better. 5K is a community-driven run/walk hosted by Ohio Movement Clinic in Findlay, built around one simple mission: when we move better, we live better. This family-friendly event welcomes all fitness levels and brings together runners, walkers, and local supporters for a day focused on health, connection, and giving back.

Surrounding the race will be a Small Business Sponsor Village featuring local Findlay businesses, creating opportunities to support and discover services within our own community. All event proceeds and donations will benefit Open Arms Domestic Violence &Rape Crisis Services, supporting programs and services to anyone affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Join us as we promote healthier living, strengthen small businesses, and invest in the future of Findlay — one step at a time.

All funds raised will go directly to the scholarship account to enable multiple rewards each graduation year. The race will begin and end at the High School football stadium on Saturday April 11th. Start time is scheduled for 9am.

    Family 5K Run/Walk - 8:30 AM

    This will be a timed race and awards will be given for 1st Place in the below categories:

    • Top Male & Female

    • Male & Female 60+

    • Male & Female 50-59

    • Male & Female 40-49

    • Male & Female 30-39

    • Male & Female 20-29

    • Male & Female 16-19

    • Male & Female 12-15

    • Male & Female 11 and under

    1 Mile Kids Fun Run (Ages 12 and under) - 9:45 AM

    • Awards for Top 20 finishers (Dietsch's ice cream coupon)

    • Participation medal for all

    Cost:

    Teen/Adult (Ages 13+): $30 (includes a t-shirt if registered by May 13)

    Youth (Ages 5-12): $15 (includes a t-shirt if registered by May 13) -- Younger children are welcome to participate for free, but will not receive a t-shirt.

    Notes:

    Pets are welcome, however you will need to clean up after your pet on the route. Please be aware you could encounter mud/water on the route as this is a trail run.
