  Black Toes Running Team (BTRT) started in Shanghai in September 2019, built around the idea of "Speed and Swag." Jam, who is both a creative and a musician, brought together a group of distance runners who see black toenails not as a problem, but as proof of hard work and dedication. Their weekly routine mixes tough interval sessions and long runs, and they've created a space in Shanghai for runners who care about both performance and style.
