2026 MRA TRACK CLUB - SUMMER SESSION

Run Faster & Incur Fewer Injuries

July 8 - September 30, 2026

Did you know that by simply learning some of the basic fundamentals of running, along with a proper warm-up, you can become a faster runner and incur fewer injuries??

Join us every Wednesday at the Victor Mager Track, 81 Beliveau Road (across from Dakota High School), 7:00-8:30pm to learn how every road runner can get faster and incur fewer injuries! Registration is only available to 2026 MRA members for the low cost of $50 + GST!

    2026 Run 4 Your Cause

    Support a partnering organization of your choice by running, walking, or wheeling 3.3K or 5K.

    Your $25 donation is donated directly to them!

    When: Sunday, June 14, 2026, 9:00 am

    Where: Marpeck Commons, Canadian Mennonite University, 2299 Grant Ave

    Try 3.3K Run/Walk

    Choose beautiful scenery through the Assiniboine Forest with the Try 3.3K Run/Walk. Strollers/wagons are permitted on the course for the 3.3K distance!

    Awesome Twosome 5K

    To be paired with another runner, choose a team name, and then you and your partner register under that name!

    You and your partner each run/walk/wheel a 5k distance in opposite directions! Give a high five as you pass each other along the way!

    If you don’t have a partner for the Awesome Twosome, MRA will pair you up with another participant. (What a great way to meet new people in your running community!)

    Choose from one of several options, available for pick-up immediately after you complete your race:

    • 1 of 6 beautiful hand-crafted art medals. (Complete your set if you've participated in R4YC before!)

    • A new medal for 2026!

    • Opt out of a medal and instead donate $10 of your entry fee to your Cause.
